Returns and Cancellations

At The Working Wardrobe, we want every customer to be completely happy with their order. We take great care to ensure your garments are made to the highest standard, whether plain or personalised. This page explains everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and cancellations, along with what to do if something isn’t quite right.

Can I cancel my order?

We do our best to offer the fastest possible delivery. Many orders are dispatched within hours, so it may not always be possible to cancel once an order is placed.

Expenses such as artwork production, materials, and vendor orders are incurred immediately. If an order is cancelled after this, we may need to charge for artwork fees, restocking, or other costs incurred between the time we received your payment and your cancellation request.

Returns

Non-customized products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Simply contact our customer service team with your order number, and they will provide instructions for returning the items. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage themselves.

Our goal is 100 percent customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch. For personalised items, however, we can only accept returns if we have made a mistake or the items are faulty. Faulty items should be returned within 30 days of receipt so we can investigate. Please note that personalised goods are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.

Sizing information

Before placing your order, check the sizing details for each product. Because we stock garments from different brands, there is no universal sizing. For example, a medium from Fruit of the Loom may differ from a medium from Gildan. Each product page includes accurate sizing information under the 'Sizing information' tab next to the product description.

Once a garment is personalised, returns for sizing issues are only accepted if the product does not match the manyfacturers stated sizing. If you receive items that do not match these measurements, contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.

All personalised items from The Working Wardrobe are made to order, including products purchased from our pre-designed collections.
